- This is an Adults Only resort. All attendees must be 18 years or older.
- Horse drawn carriage is available at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort and Aventura Spa Palace exclusively. In case of inclement weather where the service cannot be rendered, no credit will be provided. Depending on the ceremony location, horse drawn carriage ride ends at gazebo or paved area.
- In case of inclement weather, fireworks presentation will not be extended. No credits will be adjusted.
- Dinner reservations at selected restaurants up to 35 guests. If you have more guests, a private function can be purchased.
- Ceremony locations: Beach area
- Bride and Groom are required to arrive to the Resort three business days prior to the ceremony.
- Administrative / Government fees of $300.00 will be applied to all civil ceremonies performed by a justice of the peace in addition to package cost. Translation fees for documents will be charged at the resort according to documents and number of pages.
- Complimentary Package does not apply if requested onsite.
- Symbolic weddings are not legally binding ceremonies.
- Depending on selection of requested flowers, additional costs may apply. Please note our onsite flower selection highly depends on the time of year as well as our weekly imports received. Certain flowers may not be available.
