The resort was beautiful. The beach was one of the best beaches I been to in the DR. The food was great. They have shops right on the resort. The resort has only one pool. It is big but not huge. The beach makes up for the lack of pools. I recommend that you bring something to float on in pool or beach. I wish I had a raft. There are several activites that you can do that the resort does not advise of . I recommend going to the beach house near the ocean to get info on things like painting lesson, dance lessons. One thing is watch the shops one of the shops has purses in them at a good price, however they are fake. One of my friends bought shoes for $80 and they fell apart the next day. They did not want to give the money back. Since we were in the priveleged suites we had our rep work it out. After 7 days of complaining they gave his money back. Other then that it was a great experience at the resort. If you want to shop for little things. Down the beach about 5 minutes there is little shops. If you go 15 minutes the other way you kind of run into a small town with a lot of shops near the beach.
